Many families these days have an 'overseas branch' and with the ease of travel throughout the UK and between continents most weddings will have large numbers of guests arriving from different locations around the UK and the rest of the world.
Many of your guests will need to find a hotel or guest house, some may decide to combine your wedding with a short holiday and might like more information on the local area to help them plan their trip.
It is also worth remembering that from your guest's point of view the wedding hasn't ended just because the bride and groom have left the reception, they still need to be entertained and looked after.
At Weddings Co-ordinated we have plenty of experience in the hospitality market and are able to apply this knowledge to our private wedding clients to ensure that your guests enjoy the whole experience of your wedding weekend.
Ask us to:
- Arrange transport for your guests to and from the wedding
- Arrange accommodation for your guests
- Arrange for your overseas guests to be met at airports and transferred to their hotels
- Arrange pre or post wedding entertainment for your guests; e.g. activity days (clay shooting, archery, 4x4 driving etc), treasure trails, sightseeing tours, trip to a theme park etc.
- Arrange a dinner party before or after the wedding for special guests
